We look forward to welcoming you to Grisedale Cottage. Our terms and conditions for any booking are as follows:

Bookings:

Tariff and Prices:
For information on the tariff for a one week's stay, please click here. Short breaks are available in Spring and Autumn - please enquire.

Accommodation
Grisedale Cottage sleeps up to a maximum of five people (no more!).

To confirm a booking:
We require a non-returnable deposit to confirm your booking. The balance should be paid six weeks in advance of your arrival.

Cancellations:
If you cancel more than six weeks in advance of your booking, we will refund the cost of your holiday (minus the deposit) if we can fill the cottage on the same dates. If you cancel within six weeks of your arrival date, we will not refund the deposit and you will be liable to pay the total cost of your booking.

What is included:
One full set of bed linen is provided at no extra charge. The fuel for the multi fuel stove in the lounge is provided free of charge. You only pay for the electricity that you use during your stay.

Arrival and Departure:
Grisedale Cottage is let on a Friday to Friday basis. Stays of 3 to 5 nights are available from November to March and mid-week breaks may be available at other times of the year.

Please arrive after 4.00 pm and leave by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Parking:
There is parking for one car opposite the cottage; second car by arrangement.

Damages and breakages:
Accidents do happen. Please report any breakages or damage immediately, so that we can put them right for our next visitors. Major damage or breakages will be charged for.

Liability:
No liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage to any member of your party, your baggage, car or contents.

Other Conditions:
Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking.
