HOW TO FIND US .....

Grisedale Cottage is hidden away in a small community of cottages at Grisedale Bridge, only a short walk from the villages of Patterdale and Glenridding.

We are about 150 metres from the A592 (Penrith to Windermere road) and are directly on the route of Wainwright's Coast to Coast path (Grid Reference 391 162).

We are a 40 minute drive from junction 40 of the M6 at Penrith which is a lovely scenic drive along the shores of Ullswater and a 20 to 30 minute drive from Windermere, via the dramatic scenery of Kirkstone Pass.
